Nick White is the Founding Director of Bellator Fortitudinem LTD, a not-for-profit supporting the
mental health of Australia’s emergency services personnel. With 19 years in law enforcement and a
military background, he brings deep operational and lived experience to his work. Nick is a mental
health advocate, counsellor, and mentor to those navigating PTSD, anxiety, and depression. He also
works as a consultant across policing, law, media, and high-risk environments, including close
protection and specialist driving. Through his advocacy and lived experience, Nick is committed to
ensuring those who serve others receive the support they need.
